I OFFER RESTORATIVE SWEDISH, DEEP TISSUE, AND SPORTS MASSAGE, WHILE OFTEN FUSING ELEMENTS OF CRANIOSACRAL, SHIATSU, AND TUI NA INTO EACH SESSION.
What is your main intention for our session? Whether you would like to calm your mind and float away with restorative touch, or to target that problematic area with a firmer bodywork style, I offer an integrative approach to massage therapy and blend together various techniques in order to meet that intention.
I have attended a number of "Deep Bodywork" workshops at Esalen Institute (http://deepbodywork.com/about/) and have found tremendous success in using this slow, oceanic, and yet incredibly deep modality with my clients.
SESSIONS CAN BE ARRANGED AT MY STUDIO SPACE IN DOWNTOWN SANTA BARBARA, OR IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME.
A sixty-minute session is $140
A ninety-minute session is $180
Depending on location, a $50-$75 travel fee will be added for in-home sessions.
