what is your main intention for our session? whether your goal is to calm your mind and float away via a relaxing massage, or to target that particularly problematic area with a firmer bodywork style, or, if you would like both, i offer an integrative approach to massage therapy and strive to blend together various techniques in order to meet that intention.

i am working towards a certification in esalen massage (http://www.esalen.org/page/massage-healing-arts). i have attended a number of "deep bodywork" workshops (http://deepbodywork.com/about/) and have found tremendous success in using this slow, oceanic, and yet incredibly deep modality with my clients.
